Shipping Policy
Newfi Technology ships orders to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from order confirmation, while expedited options may be available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination zip code, and selected carrier service. Free shipping may apply to orders meeting a minimum purchase threshold—check your cart for eligibility. Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. Tracking information is provided via email once your package ships. Please allow one business day for processing before tracking updates appear in the carrier system. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Signature confirmation is not required unless you select it at checkout. Packages are left at your address if no one is home; please contact the carrier directly for delivery instructions or redelivery requests. International shipping is not currently available. Shipments to US territories and APO addresses may have restrictions—contact us before ordering if your address falls into these categories. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances. Newfi Technology is not liable for late deliveries. For lost or damaged packages, file a claim with the carrier within the timeframe specified in your tracking details, or contact us for assistance.
